Description - WinAt-Work Employability Soft-Skills

WinAt-Work is an interactive technology-based learning program that teaches Employability (Soft) Skills for Career and Personal Growth. Employees need great soft skills in order to succeed and achieve their potential on the job. With WinAt-Work, students participate in video vignettes and dramatizations of real-world situations. They make choices, get immediate feedback, and experience consequences, all in a non-threatening, non-judgmental, self-paced learning setting. With successful completion, students earn and receive a WinAt-Work Employability Skills Completion Certificate to show potential employers that they’ve learned the skills and attitudes necessary to be a great employee.

What is included?

WinAt-Work consists of four content modules on fundamental “soft skills” and three simulation activity modules. The series provides 4 to 6 hours of training, practice exercises, and simulations, with minimal reading levels required.
